me brushing my teeth while cole is inflating his tire after yet ANOTHER flat.. we shall call him grandmaster FLAT now.... that's 4 or 5 flat tires and counting for cole..
we stayed here last night.. brookfield, MO... i asked these nice people if we could stay in their house.. little did i know he was the MAYOR of brookfield.. and i pooped in his bathroom.. that's right, i pooped in the mayors house!
heidi and her wonderful family who housed us for a day and a half.. first off, let me speak of the family, probably the nicest people i have ever met in my life. i will now speak of the food.. we had steak, corn on the cob, deliciuos grilled bread, baked potatoes, AMAZING cookies, fruit salads.. and that was just dinner.. breakfast was also homemade pancakes, ham egg and cheese sandwiches.. oh so fantastic.. great night and half a rest day!!!! got to watch some of the tour before we headed off to the bike shop.. it was nice to sleep in a bed for once... for those h-town folks... chad and i were both freakishly scared how similar heidi looked to cathy.
anyways, we are at cole's, i just ate dinner and i'm resting up and hopefully making enough room for 4 slices of pie and one of cake.. photos coming soon!
Save some of that food for Cole dude! His veins are going to rip through is forearm skin if he doesn't get more of those cookies.
